HIRING – TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Any Degree / B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA
Experience: Freshers
Passed Out: 2023, 2024 & 2025
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Handle customer/employee technical queries through calls, chat or email
• Identify and resolve hardware/software-related issues
• Install, configure and maintain software and systems
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team
• Maintain proper records of technical issues and resolutions
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Windows & computer troubleshooting
• Good understanding of hardware & software
• Basic networking knowledge
•
Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn technical concepts
• Customer-support mindset
️ Important:
Relocation candidates are not preferable
