We are seeking a Technical Support representative to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their careers in the tech industry and provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assist customers in setting up and configuring their products.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest product features and updates.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
