Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Intern based in New Delhi. The Technical Support Intern will assist clients with technical issues, troubleshoot system-related problems, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing technical problems, providing solutions, and addressing customer queries to deliver an exceptional support experience.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Technical Support processes and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
  • Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve system-related problems
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver an excellent client experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in cloud technology or gaming platforms is an added advantage
  • Understanding of Cloud Technologies like Proxmox, HyperV is Necessary
