We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our clients team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer handling, with specific experience in managing escalations. Fluency inEnglish and Tamil or Kannada or Telugu or Malayalam or Hindiany one regional language is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior customer care representatives in resolving escalated cases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address recurring customer concerns and implement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalations for future reference and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English with fluency inKannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer handling, with a focus on managing escalations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
