About the Role
Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a polite, professional, and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our contact center operations. The role involves providing end-to-end technical assistance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across phone, email, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide accurate solutions or alternatives
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Lenovo products, Windows OS, and applications
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for issue resolution
Educate users on product features, platform functionality, and best practices
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow SOPs and escalate unresolved issues to internal teams when required
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure faster issue resolution
Capture customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement
Participate in training programs to enhance product and technical knowledge
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Eligibility & Requirements
Must Have
Fluency in spoken & written English
Fluency in spoken Hindi (mandatory)
Knowledge of Basic PC Hardware & Windows OS
Typing speed of 30 WPM with 98% accuracy
Should Have
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Good reading, comprehension, and communication skills
Basic understanding of PC working principles
Good to Have
Knowledge of Lenovo products and call center processes
Windows 10/11 installation & troubleshooting
Driver installation and application troubleshooting
Hardware certifications (added advantage)
Basic sales support / upselling knowledge
Skills Assessed
Communication (Reading, Speaking, Listening)
Technical knowledge (Products, Windows OS, Call Center basics)
Typing skills (Online Typing Test)
