Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of support interactions. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer support experience.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Candidate should have an experience of 1-2 years.
  • Experience in resolving issues with Windows OS, Mac OS & Chrome OS.
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction abilities
  • Networking Certification
  • Experience in handling related to OS re-installation, Peripheral devices setup.
  • Fluent English as our clients are based out of North America.
  • Upselling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in IT or technical support is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Salary Range

3.6 - 5.00 LPA
