Job Title: Customer Support Executive - ERP Software

Location: 320 - Silver business hub, Bapa Sitaram Chok, Simada Gam, Yoginagar Society, Surat, Gujarat 395010 (Work from Office)

About the Role: We are looking for a polite and smart candidate to join our team as a Support Executive. You will be the face of our company for our clients, helping them use our ERP software and solving their queries. Note: This is a non-coding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls and support tickets.
  • Provide training to clients on how to use the software (via Call or Remote tools like AnyDesk/TeamViewer).
  • Understand customer issues and provide quick solutions.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients through polite communication.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (spoken). Basic understanding of English (reading/writing) is required.
  • Technical Skills: Basic Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Browsing). No programming or software development knowledge is needed.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a helpful attitude.
