Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
  • Provide customer support via voice, chat, or email.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (for technical support roles).
  • Achieve assigned performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in an international BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Good problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
