Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers/end users through voice calls.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Log, track, and manage support tickets using the helpdesk system.
  • Ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues as per defined SLAs.
  • Deliver clear and professional communication while assisting users.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for complex problem resolution.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

About Company: Quicket started operations in 2014 at UIUC (University of Illinois, UC) by Akshay Singh & Christiaan Burner.
