We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist in report generation, system testing, and project coordination while providing essential technical support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and deliver reports as per prescribed formats and timelines.
- Conduct testing of various modules before final implementation.
- Coordinate with teams across design, development, optimization, testing, and deployment phases.
- Provide necessary technical support to team members as required.
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting, including printing, system operations, and MS Office support.
- Work with MySQL databases and handle declarative query language tasks.
- (Preferred) Basic understanding of PHP is a plus but not mandatory.
- Be willing to travel or relocate to client locations anywhere in India as per project requirements.
