Role Description VoIP Technical Support Engineer will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot a cloud-native, multi-tenant VoIP contact center platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating VoIP and SIP issues, monitoring Kubernetes workloads, analyzing call detail records, and supporting platform health across RabbitMQ, Redis, and FreeSWITCH. The role involves working closely with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues, documenting resolutions for the knowledge base, and responding to client support tickets. This is a full-time remote role requiring availability during European business hours (CET/CEST) to support our clients across European time zones.
