Position: Technical Support Engineer – International Voice Process
Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift
Weekly Off: Rotational Weekdays
Eligibility:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Technical Support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to international customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
