Required Information Details

1 Role** Technical Support Engineer – dRTC

2 Required Technical Skill Set** Google Workspace dRTC, ChromeOS, RTC Troubleshooting, Networking, MDM

3 Desired Experience Range** 3- 7Yrs

4 Location of Requirement Chennai/Gandhinagar

5 Work Timings Rotational shifts / 24×7 support model

6 Mode of Interview- Virtual Mode

7 Date of the Interview- 19-06-2026(Friday)

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

· Hands-on experience in supporting ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, Android Management · Strong understanding of RTC technologies (Meet, Chat, Voice)

· Networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi

· Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset

· Ability to troubleshoot device vs network issues

Good-to-Have

· Experience with Google Admin Console and Workspace licensing

· Active Directory and MDM fundamentals

· Understanding of ITIL v4 and security concepts

· Google Workspace or ChromeOS certifications

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Provide L1/L2 technical support for Devices & RTC-related issues.

2 Perform initial diagnostics (L1) and deep-dive root cause analysis (L2).

3 Handle and own cases end-to-end ensuring SLA and quality metrics.

4 Escalate complex issues to L3 / SMEs with detailed diagnostics.

5 Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting playbooks.

6 Mentor L1 engineers (L2 responsibility).
