An IT & network solutions provider for the hospitality industry is looking for ideal candidates for Technical Support Engineer position.

Job Title: IT Helpdesk Engineer

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 5 years of which at least 2 years of experience should be working in MSP (or MNC) dealing with International Clients

Salary: up to 6.5L PA (negotiable as per your past experience)

Summary:

Seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide 24/7 technical support, manage client IT infrastructure (servers, networking, Wi-Fi, backups, CCTV, etc.), and ensure top-tier service delivery from our Mumbai-based helpdesk team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and resolve support tickets efficiently.
  • Maintain and monitor client IT systems.
  • Communicate with clients, internal teams, and third-party providers.
  • Log issues, escalate as needed, and follow up through resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in IT support (Windows, Office, Servers, Networking, AD, O365).
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn.

Desirable:

Familiarity with Apple systems, CCTV/Wi-Fi setup, network design, hospitality industry knowledge.
