We are looking for a hands-on Technical Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, good technical aptitude, and a positive attitude to support enterprise-level electronic security systems. This role involves system configuration, OEM/client coordination, and internal knowledge sharing.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in testing, configuring, and troubleshooting electronic security systems.
- Practical exposure to Access Control & Time Attendance (Matrix, Suprema, Spectra, Spine HRMS or similar).
- Experience with Video Surveillance on enterprise servers (Axis, Bosch, Palco).
- Hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as Ecostem, Milestone, Genetec, or Honeywell.
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, VMS servers, and basic SQL (Matrix/Suprema preferred).
- Good understanding of system integration and networking fundamentals.
Experience & Certifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in electronic security systems / technical support.
- OEM certifications (Suprema, Bosch, VMS platforms) are an advantage.
- Server, VM, or networking exposure is a plus.
Education
- Diploma / BE in Electronics or related field.
- Relevant certifications or hands-on experience may substitute formal education.
