Job Summary
Candidates with a minimum 1 to 2 years of IT Service Desk experience Those with technical knowledge and L1 troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills; and willing to work in rotational shifts and/or flexible shifts as per business requirement.

- Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, MFA, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint
- End User Experience management

- Effective business communication skills.
- Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.
- Receptive for feedback and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and team player.
