Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound technical support queries via phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft O365 products (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Document all interactions and solutions provided.

Requirements:

  • Minimum1 year of experiencein atechnical voice supportrole.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience inMicrosoft Office 365 products.
  • Excellentspoken and written communicationskills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability.
  • Willing to work innight/US shifts.
