Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and problem-solving Technical Support Agent to join our global support team. In this role, you will provide high-quality technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to team projects and documentation. You'll work across various communication channels including email, chat, and phone, ensuring a consistent enterprise-level support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical customer issues with urgency and ownership.
- Troubleshoot using documentation, logs, and tools to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and share knowledge.
- Support proactive and reactive customer interactions across multiple channels.
- Empower customers by guiding them on platform capabilities and best practices.
- Contribute to internal and external documentation and team initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of technical support or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer presence.
- Experience with cloud applications and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and programming languages (e.g., SaaS, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java, C#).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours.
