Job Description

This job description sets out the scope of the role of Technical Support Engineer team at Onemind Cloud Services Pvt. Ltd. It does not include or define all tasks which the team may be expected to carry out. Duties may vary from time to time without changing the nature of the job or the level of responsibility

 

Scope of role

To provide a high level of technical support across the company, both to internal customers and to external customers. To continually innovate to ensure CML(Cloudmylab) is offering the best level of service to its customers. You should be able to communicate through many channels of communication – including: email, phone, chat, help forums and social media such as Facebook Requirements

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Excellent customer support skills you should be Empathetic and Patient as many users might not be skilled to understand our Platform 
  • Responsible for providing high quality technical support for High Grade Cisco Labs/Proof of concept labs.
  • Taking ownership of technical issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues, when necessary. 
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internalteams. 
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution step

Must have: 

  • Graduate Degree (Preferably in Computer Science) 
  • CCNA/CCNP 
  • Good working knowledge of TCP/IP Networking 
  • Vmware Esxi and Vcenter 
  • Microsoft Client and Server operating Systems 
  • Basic Linux Skills 
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills 
  • Green Background (All Candidates will go through a background check) 
  • Problem Solving skills 
  • Ability to work in night shifts and weekends 
  • Excellent Documentation Skills

  • Python Programming skills 
  • Advanced Linux Networking 
  • Cisco Networking and Datacenter  Benefits 
  • Paid Cisco , Microsoft and AWS Certification
