Description

What you'll do :

  • Resolve technical issues for enterprise customers and partners through our support portal.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Linux/Unix (LAMP) servers, networking, PKI, virtualization, and SaaS/cloud services
  • Provide expert support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) across Apple iOS/MacOS, Android, and Windows devices
  • Partner with product, engineering, and customer teams to streamline incident resolution
  • Lead efforts to maintain service quality during system outages and escalations
  • Advise customers on best practices for deploying and securing Ivanti products
  • Collaborate across global teams to identify and implement service improvements

What You Will Bring

  • Proven hands-on troubleshooting skills in Linux/Unix systems and LAMP stack, or networking, PKI, and virtualization
  • Strong experience with MDM solutions for Apple, Android, and Windows
  • Practical knowledge of SaaS/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Docker), microservices, and B2B

customer support

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-first attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional

Experience

Preferred skills :

  • Experience with DNS, IP networking, firewalls, SMTP, HTTPS, load balancers, ActiveSync, and email systems
  • Certifications : Linux, CCNA, MCTS, VCP
  • Familiarity with Exchange, Active Directory, ISA/TMG, NDES, KDC
