Technical Support Engineer/Network Support Engineer

Job Summary

• Office Location: Baner, Pune.
• Work Location: Pan India | Experience: Freshers / Relevant Experience
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science
• Role: Support medical device demonstrations, installation, deployment, training, troubleshooting, and customer applications at hospitals.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and hospital trials.
• Assist with installation, setup and commissioning.
• Train surgeons, nurses, biomedical engineers and hospital staff.
• Provide first-level technical and application support.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with Service/Technical teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and Product teams.
• Maintain customer visit, training and support records.
• Provide on-site support in OT/ICU environments.
• Travel across India as required.
  
  

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical or Computer Science.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Linux, networking or medical device knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, work on-site and travel Pan India.
• Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
