Job Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer 2, you will provide post-sales technical support for NetApp storage and cloud solutions, including AFF, FAS, and Cloud Volumes ONTAP. You will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure issues, analyze logs, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions to customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support next-generation data center technologies.

- Linux/UNIX or Windows administration
- Data protection and backup technologies
- Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
- Storage performance tuning and high-availability solutions
- Enterprise application interoperability and infrastructure support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant industry certifications in storage, cloud, or infrastructure technologies are preferred.
