Technical Support Engineer – Heavy Industry

DALOG helps cement, steel, mining, power, and O&G plants prevent equipment failures through online condition monitoring and prescriptive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and support plant reliability initiatives.
• Visit customer sites and work closely with maintenance, reliability, and production teams.
• Translate monitoring data into practical maintenance recommendations.
• Drive customer adoption, value realization, and system expansion opportunities.
• Act as the technical bridge between plant teams and DALOG experts.

Requirements

✔ Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related)

✔ 3+ years of experience in Cement, Steel, Mining, Power, or similar heavy industries

✔ Strong knowledge of rotating and critical plant equipment

✔ Experience in Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, Automation, or OEM Services

✔ Comfortable with plant environments and frequent customer site visits

This is a technical, plant-facing role. Candidates with hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance practices will be strongly preferred.
