Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Delhi. The role involves providing expert technical support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing and resolving infrastructure and application-related issues efficiently, and ensuring seamless customer service. You will also collaborate with teams and clients to enhance technical performance and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, handling customer complaints, incidents, and escalations via phone, email, and remote access.

· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure, network, and application-related issues with high customer satisfaction.

· Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting M-Tech Logic services and solutions.

· Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and users for enhancements, development activities, and issue resolution.

· Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and implementing customer Proof of Concepts (POCs).

· Support network operations, including design, implementation, and ongoing management.

Required Skills & Expertise

· Strong proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting of network devices.

· Excellent analytical skills to identify root causes and resolve complex technical challenges.

· In-depth knowledge of F5 Application Delivery and related networking technologies.

· Extensive understanding of network operations, including Security, LAN, and WAN.

· Solid knowledge of Layer 7 networking concepts.

· Hands-on experience with routing protocols: RIP, RIP2, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, MP-BGP.

· Strong knowledge of switching technologies: VLAN, HSRP, STP, VTP, VXLAN, VTEP.

· Thorough understanding of protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, TLS, FTP.

· Working knowledge of Linux and Cloud Networking (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

· Exposure to automation technologies, including Nginx and F5 Distributed Cloud (XC).

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

· 1 to 3 years of experience in network support and troubleshooting.

· Relevant certifications noted below are a plus.

Certifications (Preferred)

· CCNA / CCNP / F5-201 or equivalent professional certifications.

Additional Skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
