Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and Management of Microsoft Azure Environment: Manage subscriptions, resources, and governance within Azure.
  • Intune Administration: Manage device compliance, policies, application deployment, and endpoint security.
  • Azure App Registration: Manage API permissions, certificates, and secrets for applications.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) Implementation: Configure and support SSO using Azure AD / Entra ID.

Microsoft 365 Administration:

  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Purview (Compliance & DLP)
  • SharePoint Online
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance
  • L2 Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Incident & Service Management: Handle incident resolution, service requests, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaboration & Escalation: Work closely with L1 teams and escalate issues to Microsoft support when required.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Azure Administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
  • Practical experience with Azure App Registrations and SSO integrations
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience in L2 troubleshooting and support
  • Good documentation and communication skills
