Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer L1.5 | System Support Engineer located in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting customers with technical concerns. The position also includes analyzing problems to deliver effective solutions, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer support experience. The engineer will actively collaborate with internal teams to maintain and improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to efficiently resolve system and technical issues
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear and empathetic customer interactions
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment
- Prior experience supporting technical systems in a corporate or retail environment is a plus
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is advantageous but not mandatory
