Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer L1.5 | Desktop Support Engineer located in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical support to end users, performing troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting with customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining systems for optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support, including resolving hardware and software issues
- Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Experience in Customer Support and providing excellent Customer Service
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with desktop and end-user support processes
- Relevant certifications or experience in the IT or technical support domain is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
