Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Document and track customer interactions and technical issues
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues
Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Assist in the development of user manuals and FAQs for customer reference

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
