We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, helping them resolve issues related to our products and services.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.
Document customer interactions and solutions in a ticketing system.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Educate customers on product features and troubleshooting techniques.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
Familiarity with database management and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
