Job Description:
We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer for a voice process role, responsible for providing end-user support for laptops and desktops. The role includes handling inbound/outbound calls, troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, and peripheral issues, and resolving tickets within defined SLAs. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Windows OS, basic networking, antivirus tools, and system configuration. Strong verbal communication skills, customer handling abilities, and willingness to work in a voice-based support environment are essential. Immediate joiners preferred.
