Technical Support Engineer

Hiresquad Resources is urgently looking for Technical Support Engineers for a leading MNC in Pune. We're seeking individuals with strong technical knowledge in hardware, networking, and Microsoft technologies, comfortable with a 24x7 rotational shift environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers and those with up to 1 year of tech support experience, especially with an International BPO background.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for server and cloud-related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various tools, including TSE Process, Network Troubleshooting, and Network Support.
• Operate on a callback model for EPS (Server support), where cases are created for customers, and engineers provide direct troubleshooting assistance.
• Perform troubleshooting on Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2008 R2), SCCM, SCMON, Windows OS (XP, Vista, Win7, Win10, Win11), Exchange 2007, IIS, and ISA.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong Technical Knowledge: Must have strong technical knowledge of BIOS, POST, Hardware Components, and O365.
• Networking Proficiency: Proficiency in networking concepts, including troubleshooting techniques.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• System Knowledge: Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, System Setup, System Performance, Domain Environment, Boot Process (Backup Process, Types Of Backup), Hyper-V Type 1 & Type 2, Storage, and Server Support.
• Microsoft OS Platforms: Experience or knowledge on Microsoft OS Platforms.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24x7 shifts.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Technical Basics: Basic understanding of technical concepts (networking, OS, hardware/software).
• BPO Experience:1 year of tech support experience with an International BPO is mandatory.
• Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.
