Job Description

Troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues that customers experience with their webhosting plans and services. Provide technical support for level-one escalation issues via the help desk. Should multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and the managers. Flexible to work - 24/7 - Rotational shifts including night shifts. 

Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Diploma, Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)
