Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for applications, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network-related issues
- Act as the first point of contact for clients to resolve basic issues and escalate complex ones when needed
- Handle on-site and backend technical support for company products and projects
- Travel to client locations across cities for short or extended periods as required
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux systems and TCP/IP networks
- Support and maintain key internet services SMTP, IMAP, POP, HTTP, DNS, LDAP, etc.
- Communicate issues and resolutions clearly in both spoken and written English/Hindi
- Work collaboratively with the team and handle customers with patience and professionalism
Qualifications
- This opportunity is for freshers only.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of IT support concepts and should be ready to work in a technical support profile involving customer handling and problem solving.Customer service oriented
- Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
- Educational Qualifications : Btech, BCA and BSc IT,
- Year of Passing - 2024/2025
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and software issues
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Clear, structured communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, logical decisions
- Knowledge of Helpdesk processes, VoIP, and Cloud computing
