Role and responsibilities:
As Technical Support Engineer: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer with strong experience in customer support and escalation management, focused on achieving high customer satisfaction. This role involves supporting customers across distribution, reseller, or OEM channels, managing complex customer relationships, and supervising a small support team. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills, be hands-on, adaptable, and self-directed, and have the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include developing expertise in Fiery Digital Print products, providing technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions, testing and analyzing customer issues, tracking and managing field issues using tools such as Jira and Salesforce, participating in partner meetings, and collaborating with management to report on support objectives and progress.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in relevant domain
Experience: 2-5 years of experience
Skills:
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac
- Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, Jira, and reporting tools like PowerBI
- Familiarity with desktop publishing tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and operating systems
- Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, wireless protocols, etc.)
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, FTP, SMTP
- Understanding of print production standards
- Color management and Image manipulation skills
- Experience in large format printing and finishing a plus
- The candidate should be open to working in both US and UK shifts.
- A shift allowance will be granted on working days.
- This project requires Work from Office
- Working days span from Friday to Tuesday, 2 days weekly off can be taken only on weekdays based on Manger's decision
