We are looking for a passionate and enthusiasticTechnical Support Engineer (Fresher)to join our support team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in resolving technical issues, providing product guidance, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT/software solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first attitude, and a keen interest in technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.
• Installation, Configuration and Troubleshoot issues related to Document Management software applications.
• Log, track, and manage customer issues using ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and development teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications or systems as required.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, FAQs, and support knowledge base.
• Ensure timely follow-up and communication with customers to provide updates and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to OEM with proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bsc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of operating systems Windows, databases (SQL/MySQL), and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms Office 365.
• Understanding of ticketing systems
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Python).
• Internship or project experience in IT support/software implementation.
