Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of Technical Datasheets, as-built drawing, Handing Over Documents

Preparation of Technical Sign-Off documentation and ensure 100% accurate and timely sign-offs

Issue of Work Orders

Making Technical Presentations for Architects and Electrical Consultants

Create & conduct impressive mock up presentation for all enquiries on time

Carrying out lighting energy audits and provide payback calculations

Maintaining good relationship with architects and electrical consultants

Providing technical support to the production team and site services team at all stages of the project (Mockup, Supply and Installation)

Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate business growth.

Attend client meeting on design and service matters

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

B.Tech/B.E Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Fresher or 1-2 years experience in same field

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office

Knowledge of Technical Light Fixtures and Products

Experience in LED Lighting Industry preferred

Experience in Manufacturing and power electronics preferred

Should work collaboratively and constructively on each project with others on the team.

Should have good communication skills, be a self-starter, enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate about their work.
