  • Network printer configuration.
  • Standard office application support
  • Non - Comprehensive maintenance support on all the assets.
  • End-User support across the locations.
  • Perform daily check list.
  • Vendor Management Services
  • Logging tickets & follow-up with IT vendors
  • End User Computing Services
  • Townhall, audio/video conference support.
  • Training room setup
  • Support Asset team for inventory, allocation etc..
  • Network Management Services
