- Performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)
- On-going end user support
- Virus Control, antivirus update, checks and prevention / cleaning and Windows patching
- Network printer configuration.
- Standard office application support
- Non - Comprehensive maintenance support on all the assets.
- End-User support across the locations.
- Perform daily check list.
- Vendor Management Services
