About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong experience in technical support or software support. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer queries, troubleshoot application issues, and communicate effectively in Gujarati along with English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to customers via calls, chats, and emails
- Troubleshoot software/application issues and provide timely resolutions
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and escalate issues to engineering teams when required
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and support processes
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate technical assistance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product stability and customer experience
- Handle night shift operations and manage support tickets efficiently
Required Skills & Experience
- 25 years of experience in Technical Support / Software Support
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with software applications, web-based tools, and ticketing systems
- Good understanding of basic networking, databases, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and English
- Ability to work in Night Shift (mandatory)
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving attitude
Good to Have
- Experience supporting SaaS / software products
- Understanding of APIs, SQL queries, or cloud platforms
- Prior experience in product-based companies
