Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for IoT and GPS devices
Handle customer queries (calls, emails, on-site)
On-site GPS installation, assembly, wiring, and configuration
Soldering, device testing, and basic hardware repairs
Troubleshoot GPS, SIM, power, and connectivity issues
Maintain logs and service reports
Coordinate with R&D/Support teams for escalations
Must-Have Skills:
12 years of experience in IoT/GPS/Technical Support
Basic electronics and IoT hardware knowledge
Soldering skills
Understanding of UART, RS485, I2C (basic level)
Good communication for customer handling
Additional Requirements:
Comfortable with regular field work
Must have own bike
Good problem-solving and time-management skills
