Description
GlobalLogic is looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in compute fundamentals, cloud platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and generative AI technologies, capable of driving advanced AI/ML initiatives and deployments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, cloud technologies, or related roles.
- Mandatory experience with Cloud , including hands-on work with AI/ML services.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI model architectures (encoders, decoders, transformers).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Ray, etc.
- Familiarity with AI accelerators (TPUs, GPUs) and optimizing models for them.
- Strong understanding of compute fundamentals: virtualization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), OS, and system administration.
- Exposure to other cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is a plus.
- Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
- Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
- Must be ready to join immediately
Job responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI/ML solutions, particularly leveraging cloud services.
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Work closely with stakeholders to architect AI solutions that leverage cloud-native technologies.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Ray, and optimize workloads for TPUs and GPUs.
- Utilize Cloud AI products such as Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini, and other cloud-native ML/AI services.
- Maintain deep understanding of compute fundamentals, including virtualization, containerization, operating systems, and system administration.
- Stay updated on emerging Generative AI trends and technologies and apply best practices in AI/ML deployments.
