Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Services Support (GSS) team. The role involves supporting technical operations, process optimization, project coordination, ERP management, and technical documentation within the aerospace/mechanical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define purchasing and outsourcing solutions based on technical requirements

• Coordinate with approved suppliers and manage purchase orders

• Create and maintain BOMs and manufacturing ranges

• Update ERP data including items, tools, documents, and nomenclatures

• Provide technical support during subcontracted manufacturing

• Validate technical specifications and modifications with quality/design teams

• Support workshops with technical documentation

Process & Project Management:

• Contribute to process improvement and standardization

• Prepare technical/process documentation

• Support and train regional teams

• Coordinate cross-functional and international projects

• Monitor project progress, risks, reports, and dashboards

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in technical support/engineering industry

• Knowledge of mechanical & hydraulic systems

• Experience with ERP, BOM, technical documentation, and process optimization

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Knowledge of project management tools/methodologies is an added advantage

• Good English communication skills.
