Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (CS, IT, E&TC, Electrical) or any relevant technical degree

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software Product Development or Technical Support

Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

Required Skills: • Knowledge of any programming language (Java, .NET, PHP, Python, etc.) • Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs, and Front-end • Knowledge of API calling and client-server communication • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills

Job Responsibilities: • Resolve technical issues for developers and merchants • Support API integration and product configuration • Assist in merchant onboarding and account setup • Troubleshoot connectivity, networking, and integration issues • Coordinate with internal teams and communicate live issues
