This role will involve analyzing data from sewage, water, effluent, and desalination plants to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with regulatory standards, and optimal resource usage.
Data Collection & Pre-processing
Identifying and combining data from multiple sources to create a unified dataset.
Correcting errors or inconsistencies in the data, such as missing values, outliers, and duplicates.
Analysis & Optimization
Perform in-depth analysis of key parameters like flow rate, pH, turbidity, BOD/COD levels, and salinity to identify trends and anomalies.
Utilize data to optimize chemical dosing, energy consumption, and water recovery rates across plants.
Apply predictive modelling to anticipate equipment maintenance needs and avoid unplanned downtime.
Compliance Quality Monitoring
Generate insights on operational performance to help meet regulatory and quality benchmarks.
Data Visualization & Reporting
Design dashboards and visualizations for real-time monitoring and historical analysis.
Provide regular reports on plant performance, water quality, and operational efficiency for stakeholders.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to management and non-technical.
Process Improvement & Optimization
Use data insights to suggest process improvements, such as reducing chemical use or improving sludge handling.
Support the implementation of advanced data analytics and IIoT solutions to automate and enhance plant operations.
