Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in New Delhi. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and handling customer inquiries. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, offering proactive support to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
