We are seeking a Technical Support representative to assist our domestic and international customers with technical inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to domestic and international customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for customers.
  • Assist customers in installation and configuration of products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and share knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the latest product information, technology updates, and industry trends.
