Job Description

We are seeking a skilled L2 Technical Support professional to provide advanced technical assistance and support across a range of IT systems and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with video conferencing, Microsoft technologies, and general IT troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support for Windows and MAC operating systems.
  • Manage and support mobile devices, hardware, and software issues.
  • Administer Active Directory and support telephony and audio/video systems.
  • Handle video conferencing setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Support networking, IT infrastructure, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Escalate complex issues and work with IT teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain documentation of issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

  • Video Conferencing
  • Microsoft Intune
  • ITIL practices
  • Active Directory administration
  • Windows and MAC OS troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Certification
  • Microsoft MCITP Certification

Education:

  • B.Tech, BE, or other Engineering Graduates
