Technical Support Associate | Voice

Spes Manning Solutions is looking for a driven and customer-focused Technical Support Associate to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide support for international customers in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about technology and solving problems, and we welcome applications from both freshers and those with some prior experience in technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to international customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams for advanced support.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
• Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, issue resolution time, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream). A formal degree is not required, but a basic level of education is expected.
• Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, for both verbal and written interactions.
• Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of technical concepts such as networking, operating systems, and hardware/software is preferred.
• Work Schedule: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.
