Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Undergo structured product training to gain in-depth ERP knowledge
  • Provide technical support and resolve client queries (schools/admin/staff)
  • Conduct monthly feedback & review calls with assigned clients
  • Assist clients in smooth onboarding and product adoption
  • Prepare and share monthly performance & usage reports
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest product/process improvements
  • Coordinate with internal tech and product teams for escalations
  • Maintain proper documentation of tickets and resolutions
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
