Shift Timings : 9.00 PM - 6.00 AM (Night Shift)
Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide top-tier support for high-profile customers, ensuring seamless integration and backend data processing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, ETL, APIs, and scripting languages, along with hands-on experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to enterprise customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring quick and efficient issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot integration, ETL, and backend data processing issues using SQL, FTP, APIs, and scripting languages.
- Collaborate with global Engineering and Support teams to resolve escalations and enhance support processes.
- Execute scripts and debug technical issues within Salesforce and Incentive Data Structures.
- Perform release processes and sandbox sanity checks to ensure system stability and smooth operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc).
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or Integration Support roles.
- Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in recent coding tasks.
- Strong expertise in ETL/Data Integration tools and technologies.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot backend systems and data flow issues.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
