Position Overview
As a Technical Support & Integration Specialist, you'll be the functional expert ensuring seamless integration between the company's platform and client ecosystems. This dynamic role combines deep technical project work with reactive problem-solving, where you'll lead new client integrations while managing high-tier support for existing customers. You'll act as the technical bridge between product capabilities and client business objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client teams during integration phases
• Analyze client use cases and architect tailored solutions using the company's API suite
• Guide client engineering teams through API configurations and system optimization
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for REST APIs, webhooks, and Mobile SDKs
• Manage end-to-end technical support tickets within defined SLAs across multiple channels
• Troubleshoot failed processes using Postman and SQL to identify root causes
• Serve as technical liaison across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams
Must Have Criteria
• 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support or Implementation role at SaaS company
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and log verification
• Expert-level proficiency with Postman for REST API testing and troubleshooting
• Deep understanding of RESTful web services and API integration patterns
• Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or Kotlin for understanding integration flows
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zoho Desk or similar CRM platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority support streams simultaneously
Nice to Have
• Experience with Mobile SDK integrations (React Native, Flutter, Cordova, Ionic)
• Previous experience in fintech or digital verification industry
• Background working with KYC, eSign, or payment processing systems
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environment with rapid product iterations
